- Monitor catfish for columnaris infection and treat tanks if necessary
- Purchase remaining supplies for catfish experiment from Kroger and Lowes
- Make contaminant-spiked food for catfish experiment
- Develop tissue sampling procedure for catfish experiment (amount of tissue per sample, determine if pooling tissues is necessary)
- Give powerpoint presentation of experimental design for catfish study in Dr. Wilhelm’s lab meeting on Wednesday
- Write abstract for manuscript
- Continue revising methods section of manuscript
