  • Re-evaluate cloning of vtg1 promoter

June

  • Fish exposure (EE2 and C60)
  • Cyp1a1 and Ef-1 genes cloning

Emily

  • Go to JARTU twice daily to check on catfish
  • Weigh out salt daily for columnaris treatment
  • Treat catfish for columnaris infection daily with 0.5% salt treatment (~2h holding period)
  • Make contaminant-spiked food for catfish experiment a few days before experiment (depends on start date, which is TBD)
  • Develop tissue sampling procedure for catfish experiment (amount of tissue per sample, determine if pooling tissues is necessary)
  • Continue revising manuscript
